This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data, as required by Google Play and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
TDP Diagnostics is a staff-only application. If you are a staff member with a login, or a citizen whose health data was recorded at a TDP camp, you may request deletion of your account and/or personal data.
Email qualitycontrol@bhspl.in with the subject line "Account & Data Deletion Request" and include:
We verify the request against our records and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once done.

| Login credentials, demographic details, contact information, selfie, and personal identifiers. | Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. clinical/laboratory records mandated by law) are retained until that legal obligation expires, in de-identified form where possible. |
